Share BeNice Terms
Version 1.0, effective from 3 November 2026.
The rules in short
Share your personal link. Anyone who creates an account through your link gets 30 days of free access. If they then take out a subscription, you as a parent also get a free month.
1. Who can share a link
In short: parents, professionals, BeNice and BeNice partners.
1.1. Parents share their link in the BeNice app, in their profile under Share BeNice.
1.2. Professionals share their link through BeNice for Professionals. Each organisation has one link, which all professionals in that organisation can share. On request, we turn it into a personal link, for example with the name of your organisation.
1.3. BeNice and BeNice partners also share links.
1.4. You can see how many people used your link and how many of them took out a subscription. You never see names.
2. If you receive a link
In short: with a new account, you can try the BeNice app free for 30 days.
2.1. You get 30 days of free access to the BeNice app, instead of the standard 7 days. You don’t need to enter any payment details. After 30 days it stops by itself, unless you take out a subscription yourself.
2.2. This only applies to a new account that is no more than 14 days old, with a verified email address. You can get it once per email address.
2.3. The link is for new families. The other parent in a family circle cannot use it. Invite them with the regular invitation in the BeNice app.
2.4. Do you have an iPhone or iPad? Install the BeNice app first. Then open the link again and tap Open BeNice. That way the BeNice app knows which link you came from. You can do this up to 14 days after creating your account.
3. If you share your link as a parent
In short: if someone takes out a subscription through your link, you get a free month, up to 2 times every 12 months.
3.1. If someone takes out a subscription through your link, you get a free month. You get it 30 days after the other person’s first payment. We wait that long because the other person can still ask for a refund during that time. If they do, you don’t get a month.
3.2. If you have a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, your next payment moves back by a month. If you don’t have a subscription, you get a month of free access.
3.3. You can get a free month up to 2 times every 12 months. After that your link keeps working: anyone who receives it still gets 30 days of free access.
4. If you share your link as a professional or partner
In short: the agreements with your organisation apply.
4.1. The agreements your organisation has made with BeNice for BeNice for Professionals apply.
5. Sharing fairly
In short: share your link with people you know, and say so if you get something for it.
5.1. Share your link with people you know or who ask for it. Don’t send it unsolicited to large groups.
5.2. Do you share it publicly and get something for it? Then say so.
5.3. Inviting yourself or creating extra accounts doesn’t count.
6. Privacy
In short: we keep track of which link someone started from.

7. If something goes wrong
In short: if you think something went wrong, let us know.
7.1. We do our best to connect every sign-up to the right link. A technical problem can sometimes get in the way. If you think something went wrong, email support@benice.family and we’ll look into it.
7.2. In case of misuse, we can switch off a link or not award a free month.
8. Changes and other agreements
In short: a free month is not money, and we announce changes in advance.
8.1. A free month cannot be exchanged for money and is not transferable.
8.2. We can change these terms or end the Share BeNice promotion. We will let you know in advance. A free month you have already received stays valid.
