BeNice breaks those patterns, and now it does so together with you. With BeNice for Professionals, you get your own professional environment as a mediator, lawyer, family coach or support worker. You keep the overview, stay in control and can support parents even better.
Why work with BeNice?
BeNice gives your clients a practical, safe and easy-to-use tool that lowers tension, prevents misunderstandings and makes parenting across two homes workable.
What the portal offers you
- At pro.benice.family you manage the families you support. You see what’s going on between appointments and can step in sooner when tension or sticking points arise.
- Create and manage family circles. One clear place per family. You invite the parents; they create their own accounts.
- Switch modules on or off per family. Whether you work with parallel parenting, parenting coordination, the Dutch partition approach (where all contact runs through a third party) or another method, you decide which modules are open.
- Statistics that reveal patterns. See for each parent how often their messages are green, orange or red. Follow changes in behaviour and spot patterns you would miss in the consulting room.
- Notes and chat export. Your own notes for each family, for your eyes only. With both parents’ consent, you can download the full chat.
- Work with colleagues. In youth care, supervision or when a case changes hands, colleagues often need to look in. Add colleagues to a family circle and share insights, notes and chat exports.
